Recorded November 2022 at home by Jericho Kane. There were five obstructions. The obstructions were:

1. Each track had to be very long (or very short).
2. Each track had to be extremely loud (or extremely quiet).
3. Each track must use the Time Shadows device for the duration (or not use it at all).
4. Each track had to elicit profound dread (or profound joy).
5. Recording of the entire EP had to be done in an hour (unless it took longer).

The Five Obstructions was inspired by the Lars Von Trier doc of the same name.
